Features: ORANGE. HEAVY BODIED. MEDIUM SET for CPVC pipe 1/2 "through 12" in all
classes and schedules. For cold,hot water (180 fahrenheit) and industrial piping
systems.Directions: Store below 90 fahrenheit (33 centigrade).Use only on CPVC plastic. Shake
or stir before use.If jelled,replaoo.Use within 2years of date stamped on bottom
of can.1.Cut pipe square and deburr. Clean and dry joining surfaces. Check dry fit. For
inter ference fit, pipe should push 1/4 to 3/4 way into fitting snugly.2.Use a suitable applicator at least 1/2 size of the pipe diameter; for larger sizes
use brush or roller.3.Apply Weld-Or,primer and follow directions.Apply a full,even layer of cement on
the pipe equal to the depth of socket. Coat the fitting socket with a medium layer.Avoid
excess and puddling. On bell end pipe,do not coat beyond socket depthor allow cement to run beyond the bell. If necessary, apply a second,full layeron pipe.Cement should fill all gaps.4.Assemble while cement is wet. If not wet,recoat parts before assembly.Insure pipe
bottoms into fitting socket. Twist 1/8 to 1/4 turn; to avoid pushout and allowfor initial set,hold for about 30seconds.Wipe off excess.5.Allow several minutes for good handing strength. At temperatures from 60 fahrenheit(16
centigrade) to 110 fahrenheit(44 centigrade),allow 24 hours cure for coldwater systems and 48 hours cure for hot water.Between 40 fahrenheit(5 centigrade)
and 60 fahrenheit(16 centigrade),allow 48 hours for cold water and 96 hoursfor hot water systems. Longer cure periods are necessary when system is usde for
chemicals. Cure time is affected by pipe diameter, pressure and temperature. Read

flame,other sources of ignition.Vapors may ignite explosively. Use onlyin well ventilated area;if not well ventilated, use forced ventilation or NIOSHapproved respirator. Avoid breathing vapors. Avoid contact with skin and eyes.Use skin and eye protedtion. Eye contact may cause injury.Keep container closed.
If inhaled,move into fresh air. If not breathing give artificial respiration.Ifbreathing is difficult,give oxygen and call physician. In case of eye or skincontact,flush with water for 15 mins. If irritation persists,get medical attention.If
